I have been on the ground in Georgia for the last two days covering the recent flooding. Samaritan's Purse has responded to the disaster and partnered with a local congregation, West Ridge Church, to step into the community, assess the needs, and respond by cleaning out flooded homes. Volunteers from around the nation have come together to love these flood victims. Many have already been overwhelmed with gratefulness as Samaritan's Purse has so quickly come to their aid. On a side note I look forward to posting stories from Africa when I return home. Thank you for faithfully checking in!

Well done with the photo essay. I didn't even know this happened in our country.
